Our Pledge to Our Clients: Complete Satisfaction
At Nucci Salon & Spa, our goal is complete client satisfaction. If, for some reason, we do not meet your expectations, we pledge to make it right. Please notify us within 48 hours of your service, and we will make any changes needed to meet your complete satisfaction. Furthermore, if you feel that you would be more comfortable with or better served by a different member of our team, please let us know. We pledge to handle your request discreetly and have another stylist or technician serve you to your complete satisfaction.
Salon & Spa Etiquette
We want all of our clients to be able to completely relax during the time they spend with us. In order to create and maintain a serene, environment, please observe these points of etiquette while at our salon and spa. Please silence your cell phone or pager. Please conduct conversations quietly. Please leave children at home if they are not receiving salon or spa services.
Comfort and Safety
To add to your comfort, we provide robes and slippers when you receive multiple services at our salon and spa. When you receive body treatments or body massages, our technicians provide careful draping, respecting your privacy and allowing you to completely relax. In the interest of safety, please use the slippers provided when you receive services that require shoe removal.
Network Connection
Nucci Salon and Spa offers wireless internet to its clients at no charge. So while you're waiting for your color to set in, getting your toes painted or enjoying any of our services you can stay on top of your business needs and connect directly to the internet with your laptop.
Late Arrivals
We make every effort to serve our clients at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to our other guests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you into our schedule.
Cancellations
For individual service, please give us a 24-hour notice if you must cancel. For spa services, please give us a 48-hour notice, as the treatments you select are reserved especially for you.
